Multi-stage credentialing process

All personnel undergo a multi-stage credentialing process in alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS) and National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. This includes:

  • Verification of all qualifications, licenses, and certifications
  • National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Reference checks and documented competency assessments

Staff are equipped with facility-specific orientation and are briefed on site policies, infection control protocols, and care documentation systems prior to placement.

Key compliance and training elements include:

– Mandatory completion of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) training (COVID-19 specific modules included)

– Manual Handling and Safe Work Practices certification, aligned with state-based WHS requirements

– Participation in our Pandemic Response Certification Program, a proprietary training framework that integrates clinical escalation procedures, PPE protocols, and outbreak response strategies in accordance with AHPPC and Department of Health directive.

Each deployed staff member presents in full clinical uniform and carries secure, tamper-resistant identification badges that detail their verified credentials, photo ID, and role classification. Real-time workforce compliance data is maintained within our centralised HRIS and is available upon request for audit or accreditation support.

ETA Healthcare dedicated Allocations and Clinical Governance teams provide 24/7 operational support, enabling responsive staffing, shift continuity, and escalation pathways for high-acuity or incident-driven care environments.

Aged & Disability Care

Community Care

ETA Healthcare provides nationally scaled workforce solutions for the delivery of Community-Based Disability and Aged Care Services, aligned with the operational frameworks of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Home Care Package (HCP) programs.

We specialise in the provision of Disability Support Workers (DSWs) and Community Support Professionals who operate within in-home, outreach, and community-integrated care environments.

Aged & Disability Care

Workforce Competency & Allocation Model

Personnel are allocated based on a clinical-needs-matching matrix, incorporating:

  • Functional capacity assessments
  • Behavioural and psychosocial risk profiles
  • Cultural, linguistic, and gender-based preferences
  • Environmental safety considerations

ETA Healthcare’s internal Workforce Suitability Index (WSI) ensures alignment of each support worker’s skillset, training, and experience to participant-specific requirements, enabling adherence to person-centred care delivery standards under the NDIS Practice Standards (Core Module).

Compliance & Credential Management

All deployed staff meet or exceed mandatory regulatory thresholds, including:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and state/territory-specific Working with Vulnerable People clearances
  • National Police Certificate issued within the last 12 months
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications
  • Completion of training in:
    • Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) (aligned with CDNA & Safe Work Australia guidelines)
    • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Restrictive Practice minimisation
    • Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) compliance protocols
    • Complex care modules (e.g., catheter care, bowel care, epilepsy management, PEG feeding)

All documentation is stored and actively monitored within a centralised HRIS and compliance tracking system, with expiry monitoring, audit reporting, and instant verification capabilities for provider-level transparency and regulatory alignment.

Operational Support & Quality Assurance

  • Dedicated 24/7 Allocations & Incident Response Unit ensures continuity of care, escalation capability, and emergency redeployment
  • Integrated Quality Assurance and Clinical Governance Framework includes:
    • Routine staff supervision and performance auditing
    • Incident reporting and investigation pathways
    • Participant outcome measurement aligned with individualised NDIS goals
  •  ETA Healthcare’s compliance architecture supports full readiness for external audits, plan reviews, and provider compliance assessments by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC).

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT

Disability Support

At ETA Healthcare, we understand that every person living with a disability has their own story, needs, and goals — and that the right support worker can make all the difference. That’s why we’ve built a large, diverse, and qualified team of Disability Support Workers (DSWs) who are carefully matched not just for their skills, but for their ability to connect, communicate, and support participants with dignity and respect.

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT

Flexible Staffing for Real-Life Support Needs

We work with NDIS providers of all sizes, from local operators to national organisations. Whether you need to fill a single shift in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, or you’re looking for a full-time team to cover 24/7 rosters, we can help. Our services include:

Emergency and short-notice shift coverage

Ongoing support for SIL, STA, and MTA

Community access and day program support

1:1 in-home support for daily living

Behavioural support for participants with complex needs

We don’t just send “who’s available.” We match based on experience, communication style, personality, and the participant’s preferences — because the relationship matters.

Highly Trained, Verified, and Experienced

Every support worker we place is fully compliant with all national and state-level regulations, and most importantly — they’re experienced, caring professionals. Our team includes support workers who are trained in:

  • Personal care and manual handling
  • Community engagement and skill building
  • Medication assistance
  • Managing behaviours of concern
  • Supporting participants with autism, intellectual disability, physical disability, and psychosocial disability

All staff have:

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Manual Handling and Infection Control Training
  • And many hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support

For higher needs, we provide staff with specialised experience in PEG feeding, epilepsy support, hoist transfers, and dual diagnosis.

Matching That Focuses on People, Not Just Rosters

We take a personal approach to matching — one that’s focused on outcomes and connection. We speak directly with support coordinators and providers to understand what a participant truly needs, both clinically and socially. Our internal matching team then selects support workers based on:

  • Skillset and training
  • Communication style and cultural alignment
  • Past experience with similar participants
  • Participant’s own goals, interests, and preferences

We believe this approach leads to stronger relationships, more consistent care, and better long-term outcomes.

Always Here to Support You

Our operations team is available 24/7 to respond to urgent requests, fill roster gaps, or help with escalation when needed. We work alongside you to reduce disruption and give your participants reliable, familiar support — no matter the setting.

At ETA Healthcare, we’re not just providing staff. We’re helping you build trusted support relationships that empower participants to live their lives with choice, safety, and connection.
